Abstract

Much is mentioned that intellectual capital is a resource of great value in every company, since this existing knowledge in the organization contributes value to it or can come to contribute in the future, therefore it has to be managed in an efficient way To achieve positive results as planned. Since this capital is a differentiating element, which leads the organization to be more successful in terms of productivity, it is necessary to study it to build an adequate strategy, which achieves the full development of this important potential, which will serve as a point of support for logar Business success in a world so competitive where creativity and the constant effort to be the best, lead a company to a future of great financial benefits or in its scenario opposite the financial bankruptcy of its shareholders. All this deserves to have specific objectives to develop an organizational climate that encourages employees, and in this sense managers have to strive to establish policies in the organization, where the commitment is to establish work environments that encourage happiness and harmony, taking In consideration that human beings are not machines and that they have feelings and emotions, that in a greater or lesser degree affect the productivity when carrying out an activity.
