EVALUATION AND ANALYSIS OF INDICATORS OF LABOUR MOTIVATION APPLIED TO FAST-FOOD RESTAURANTS OPERATING STAFF

The objective of this research was to analyze indicators of labour motivation present in the operating staff of a recognized restaurant chain pizza in relation to the work environment at branches. Among the relevant authors Peiró and Prieto (2002), Maslow (1943). The methodology was descriptive not experimental field. The survey was carried out in 7 branches of Western Panama and Panama City. The instrument used was a survey validated by experts on employee satisfaction and motivation by the author Frassati (2018) indicators, response type scale Likert and with a coefficient of reliability of 0.98 alpha. The sampling technique used was the non-probability, yielding a sample of 41 subjects surveyed in the branches. Through the results identified what aspects must work in the enterprise related to the recognition (written, verbal, and bonds). Among the obtained evidence were demonstrated important aspects that influence the motivation of the employee which if not treated can affect the rotation and sense of belonging. Among the conclusions can be noted that despite being a company with little time in the market Panamanian has good indicators of employee satisfaction and they have great opportunity to improve the results of low weighting in this study.
