Abstract

Today, the priority of the organizations is to increase the teamwork in order to obtain a greater efficiency and competition in the productive scope; through the synergy and shared vision within the collective work. This article compiles a theoretical vision of the fundamental characteristics that the successful teams must have the roles of each one of its members, how a successful team is achieved and the personalities of its members to achieve the necessary cohesion that allows the teamwork to be functional within the organization. It will be observed that there are several theories and concepts established by the researchers in which there are different positions regarding the establishment of roles and those that we assume according to our personality and how success is based on the relevant participation of the leadership.
