Abstract

The objective of the present study was to investigate if there are organizational diseases and its influence on the organizational logistics synergy group climate "SILOG" - of the Ministry of national defence of Colombia, taking into account the perception, motivation and satisfaction of human capital and the commitment of the management group and the Manager to achieve the goals of the Organization and optimization of the organizational climate, which will be reflected in the productivity and organizational performance. As a result to achieve the purpose of the research discussed the concepts and conceptual and theoretical principles significant describing aspects or transcendental variables in research; Similarly described the six stages of the methodological design, proceeded to design a survey that was validated by the validity of experts coming to several significant results within the identification of symptoms of diseases organizational, analyzed from the management group and the jointly-controlled or organization, which led to several recommendations to improve the organizational climate and the permanent control of the generating factors of organizational diseases.
