Abstract

The individual behavior of a leader has great importance in the motivation of his team and the dependence of its members. Communication is a significant process in labor relations since through it the leader knows about the rewards which available and what would fulfill the worker.  At the same time, employees expect wage systems and fair, clear promotion policies that meet their expectations. This article reflects an exploratory and theoretical vision of the importance of the leader in the moments where the motivation of employees enters into crisis and how their role play an important space in the recovery of the satisfaction and the improvement of aspects organizational for the best performance of the work teams, whereas the motivation is the effort required to achieve a goal, which produces the sense of satisfaction once achieved the goal.
