Abstract

Currently, organizations look for in collaborators not only people with high commitment to the Organization, they contribute to the improvement of their environment through volunteering, which on this occasion will be analyzed from the point of view of the company. This article is intended to provide the reader with a vision of what the corporate volunteering, the benefits to the company, the community and employees; obstacles that can find the Organization, types of corporate volunteerism, definition of Corporate Social responsibility (CSR) and relevant aspects to consider to have a program of voluntary work aligned with the axes of the company and thus develop greater cohesion and sense of belonging of the team, and so time, characteristics that must have a structured volunteer and to be considered in the implementation of volunteerism as part of the CSR of the company.
