Today begins another step of the evolution, the Latin University of Panama, in its investigative journey and its disclosures through the Peer Review GENTE CLAVE, today in its volume 3 it evolves and assumes a retouch of international visibility to enrich more the peers and active readers who want to be updated and improved in parallel with this magazine. People, in this quantum leap, can be seen in the bulwark, accessed through the electronic platform, joins the hard and soft sciences of the collection of sciences with the multidisciplinary approach of this house of studies, and in the next search of international indexes.

The directive and the rector PhD.
