Abstract

This article on diversity and its value in organizations explores their fields, including: culture, age, generations, gender and ethnicity; to name a few. The transfer of knowledge is an event that is manifested in organizations that use or exploit the added value that diversity offers. Finally, the motivation of the diverse groups plays an important factor for the achievement of the objectives. Understanding that the human resource is the most precious intangible value that organizations have and to keep in mind the existence of diverse groups, it is fundamental the continuous motivation of these groups, for the achievement of these objectives, both organizational and personal.
