Abstract

The organizational climate can be understood as that environment produced by the collaborators of an organization, directly related to the motivation of all of them. It can also be understood as a set of attributes specific to each organization, and that can be induced in the way the organization relates to its members and its environment. In this work, a measurement of the organizational climate of a bilingual educational center in the city of La Chorrera was carried out. For data collection in the field, a questionnaire applied to the institution's staff was used. The results obtained show that in general there is satisfaction on the part of the collaborators with the institution, however there are some opportunities for improvement in the training of personnel, and in the organizational structure of the institution.
